We will provide A4 sample-sizes – this should be adequate for you to have a feel of the product quality, texture and colour.
Ordering a sample of wallpaper is always recommended as the colour shown on your computer screen may vary from the physical product itself. Any applicable costs of samples will be refunded if you later decide you would like to purchase the wallpaper.
Returns must be made within seven working days after receipt of your order, undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund excluding the postage and packing charges. Your refund is subject to a re-stocking charge of £5 per roll. Returns are not accepted for quantities less than one whole roll.
In the event of a fault please send a sample of the product to us with your shipping note, and we will investigate the fault. Sparkly Wallpaper will replace any faulty item.
Yes. When making your purchase online you will be given the opportunity to enter an invoice address and a shipping address. The order must be signed upon receipt.
All prices shown on Sparkly Wallpaper have VAT applied at 20%.

If your wallpaper is not in stock we will email you within 24 hours. We will let you know the expected date to complete your order or offer you a full refund.

When making a purchase you will be invited to open an account with us so that you can place orders in the future easily. We also welcome customers to telephone us to confirm their order has been received or dispatched if for any reason you are unable to access your email.
